The agreement of the order and delivery form:
The stone veneer products are produced from natural and man made materials and by their nature are subject to minor warp age. small air bubbles, small particles of foreign matter and other slight surface imperfections. There will be variations in the shade and clarity of color as well as variations in veining and patterns. These are not considered defects but conditions commonly found in stone veneer products, and therefore are not covered by this warranty.
Due to the composition of stone veneer, size variations may occur.
However, we make every effort to keep size variations to a minimum.
What is excluded from this warranty?
Stone Master will not pay incidental or consequential damages under this warranty. By this we mean, any loss, expense, or damages other than to the stone veneer itself that may result from a defect in the stone veneer. This warranty covers nothing else beyond the terms written into the warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or how long an implied warranty lasts. So the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
No fabricator. installer. dealer, agent. or employee of Stone Master has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations of this warranty.
What are the customer's responsibilities under this warranty?
The customer is responsible to thoroughly inspect the stone veneer for damage and defects at the time of delivery. A signed delivery ticket indicates the product was received in acceptable condition. No claims for damages will be accepted after the customer signs the delivery ticket.
How do I get service?
To make a warranty claim. contact your retailer.
An original proof of purchase must be presented when requesting warranty service.
When you purchase our product we want you to be completely satisfied. If you have to for some reason return our products, please:
- Call Customer Service at 908-203-9448 for detailed instructions.
- Include a copy of the original packing slip with your return shipment
- Include RMA (Return Material Authorization), which must accompany all returns.
- The material has to be shipped on the pallet only.
Pack and tape your all packages on the pallet securely.
If the individual boxes are not secured by foil and fall of from the pallet the cost of the damaged material will be deducted from the customer credit card.
- Merchandise must be returned within 90 days of purchase in unused, like-new condition and original not damaged packaging to the place it was ordered and shipped from.
- Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer and no credit back on all the return shipping. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the plastic wrap, the mailing label, or package list when ship the returns back to us. Otherwise, your returns will be refused. Freight collect or C.O.D. returns will be refused. Open box package will also be refused.
- If we do not have the product in stock for replacement at the time we received the detective merchandise, we reserve the right to keep it up to 45 days for exchange from the original manufacture.
No credit will be given within this 45 days period. If the merchandise is a discontinued or we cannot replace it after 45 days, credit will be issued according to the original price.
- Please note: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.
- A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
