We warrant our stone veneer products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal residential or commercial usage to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product. This is a products warranty only and excludes labor for removal or replacement of defective products. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any product or products that may prove defective under normal residential usage as determined by our examination. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty shall not apply to our products that have been subjected to alteration, misuse, negligence, abuse, improper installation, storage and handling.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Stone Master provides to the original purchaser, a lifetime guarantee that stone veneer products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
If the product is found to have a defect within the terms of this warranty, Stone Master will replace the product at Stone Master discretion. Stone Master will not be responsible for any lab or other charges, which may be incidental to removing or replacing a defective product.

What is not covered by this warranty?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation. (See next page)
- Improper care and maintenance. (See next page)
- Cracks, chips. scratches not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Accidents, abuse or misuse.

Staining: Do not use strong chemicals such as bleach or ammonia to clean your stone veneer.
Scratches: The surfaces of stone veneer although hard can be scratched with hard or sharp objects.
Installing the stone veneer
This item should only be installed by a qualified professional or someone experienced in such installation.
